Booking & Payment:
All bookings must be made in advance through our official portal or authorized agents.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Prices are subject to change based on availability. The price at the time of booking will apply.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled yacht trip are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the trip.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the trip may be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided.
Passenger Limits & Age Restrictions:
The number of passengers must not exceed the yacht’s maximum capacity as specified in the booking details.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Age restrictions may apply depending on the nature of the event and activities.
Liability & Safety:
We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the yacht experience, except in cases of proven negligence.
Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the captain and crew. Non-compliance may result in termination of the trip without a refund.
Event Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to operational reasons or weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternative dates or a full refund.
Punctuality:
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in reduced sailing time or forfeiture of the trip without refund.
Personal Belongings:
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the yacht trip.
Alcohol and Behavior:
Alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price and must be pre-arranged if desired. Guests are expected to behave responsibly; inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the trip, with no refund provided.
