   • Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the cruise are non-refundable.
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Punctuality:

   • Guests must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in missed boarding, with no refund.

4. Dress Code:

   • Smart casual attire is recommended. Beachwear is not allowed.

5. Health and Safety:

   • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
   • Guests are responsible for their own safety while on board.

6. Inclusions and Exclusions:

   • The cruise includes only the services mentioned in the package (e.g., buffet dinner and entertainment).
   • Additional expenses such as beverages not included in the package are chargeable.

7. Weather Conditions:

   • In the case of adverse weather or technical issues, the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the cruise. Guests will be informed in advance.

8. Prohibited Items:

   • Alcohol, outside food, and restricted substances are not allowed on board.

9. Photography and Behavior:

   • Guests are encouraged to take photos but must respect the privacy of others.
   • Any unruly behavior may result in removal from the cruise without compensation.

10. Liability:

    • The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the cruise.
