  Tickets for The View at The Palm must be purchased in advance and are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of booking. Once purchased, tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes or cancellations may be subject to a fee or may not be allowed, depending on the operator's policy. If The View at The Palm is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance or severe weather, a reschedule or refund may be offered at the operator’s discretion.

  Visitors must adhere to all rules and regulations set by the staff. Children under a certain age (usually 3 years) may enter for free, but age restrictions for specific areas or attractions may apply. All guests must follow safety instructions and respect the venue’s code of conduct. The operator is not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings during the visit.   Personal photography is generally permitted for personal use; however, commercial photography or filming requires prior approval from the operator. Premium access areas, special experiences, and other attractions or events at the venue are not included with the standard ticket and may require separate booking and additional payment.

Any temporary closures or adjustments do not entitle visitors to a refund or compensation. The operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings; visitors are encouraged to keep their items secure.
