Cancellations and Changes: Applicants must inform our agency immediately of any changes in travel plans or if they wish to cancel their visa application. Once an application is submitted, changes may incur additional fees. Visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or changes to travel plans.

Visa Extensions or Renewals: Our agency does not provide services for visa extensions or renewals while in the Czech Republic. If an extension or renewal is required, it is the applicant’s responsibility to follow the appropriate procedures as per Czech immigration law.
