While our agency will assist in verifying and submitting these documents to the UK consulate, the applicant is ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documentation.

Processing Time: Visa processing times are determined by the UK Home Office and may vary based on the type of visa, the applicant’s nationality, and other external factors. While our agency will provide an estimated processing time, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. Applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance of their travel dates.

Visa Fees: Visa fees charged by the UK government are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. Our agency will collect these fees upfront and submit them on behalf of the applicant. In addition, our agency may charge service fees for consultation, document processing, and handling, which are separate from the consulate fees.

This fee is non-refundable once services have commenced, even if the visa application is denied or delayed. Cancellations and Changes: Applicants must inform our agency immediately of any changes in travel plans or if they wish to cancel their visa application. Once an application has been submitted, modifications may incur additional fees. Visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in the event of cancellations or changes to travel plans.

Liability: Our agency will make every effort to ensure a smooth visa application process; however, we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or any other issues caused by external factors such as changes in UK immigration policies, strikes, or political circumstances. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for visa assistance.

Information will only be shared with relevant authorities, such as the UK consulate, as required. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties unless legally required.

Visa Extensions or Renewals: If the applicant wishes to extend or renew their visa while in the UK, it is their responsibility to follow the correct procedures. Our agency does not provide services for in-country visa extensions or renewals.
