By applying for a UAE visa through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Visa Eligibility: Applicants must meet the UAE's visa eligibility criteria, which may include possessing a valid passport, proof of sufficient funds, and a clear purpose for travel. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all eligibility requirements are met. Our agency is not responsible for visa denials due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Documentation: Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents required for the visa application. These may include a valid passport, visa application form, photographs, proof of accommodation, return flight details, and financial documentation. Our agency will assist in verifying and submitting the documents to the relevant UAE authorities but cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the information provided by the applicant.

Processing Time: The processing time for UAE visas varies based on the type of visa, nationality, and the UAE immigration department’s requirements. Our agency will provide an estimated processing time; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. It is advised that applicants apply well in advance of their intended travel date.

Visa Fees: Visa fees charged by UAE immigration authorities are non-refundable, regardless of the visa application outcome. Our agency collects these fees in advance and submits them on behalf of the applicant. In addition to visa fees, our agency may charge separate service fees for consultation, document handling, and processing.

Service Fees: Our agency charges a service fee for assisting with the visa application process. This service fee is independent of any fees charged by UAE immigration authorities and is non-refundable once services have commenced, even if the visa application is denied or delayed.

Visa Approval: The final decision regarding visa issuance is made solely by the UAE immigration authorities. Our agency cannot influence, expedite, or guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for visa denials or any restrictions imposed by UAE immigration.

Cancellations and Changes: Applicants must notify our agency immediately in case of cancellations or changes in travel plans. Changes to the visa application after submission may result in additional fees. Please note that visa fees are typically non-refundable in case of cancellations.

Liability: Our agency will make every effort to assist applicants throughout the visa application process. However, we are not responsible for delays, visa rejections, or other issues caused by external factors, including but not limited to government policies, system errors, or political changes. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for visa processing assistance.

Confidentiality: Our agency is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of personal information provided by applicants. We use this information solely for visa processing purposes and do not share it with third parties except as required by UAE immigration authorities or other official bodies.

Travel Responsibility: It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the visa obtained is valid for the duration of their stay in the UAE. Our agency is not responsible for any legal issues arising from overstaying a visa or violating UAE immigration laws.

Overstaying & Legal Compliance: Overstaying a UAE visa or breaching immigration rules can result in fines, penalties, or other legal actions. It is the applicant’s duty to comply with all UAE immigration laws during their visit. Our agency will not be responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from non-compliance.
