UAE Transit Visa Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The UAE Transit Visa is available to passengers transiting through the UAE for 8 to 96 hours.

Applicants must have a confirmed onward booking to a third destination.

The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the UAE.

Visa issuance is subject to the approval of UAE immigration authorities.

2. Application Process:

All visa applications must be submitted through our company with the necessary documentation, including passport copies, confirmed travel itinerary, and a recent passport-sized photograph.

Applications should be submitted at least 7 business days before the intended travel date.

Our company will not be held responsible for delays in visa processing due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant.

3. Visa Fees:

Visa fees must be paid in full at the time of application.

Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application or any changes in travel plans.

4. Visa Validity:

The Transit Visa is valid for 14 days from the date of issue and allows for a stay of up to 96 hours (4 days) in the UAE.

The visa is for single entry only and cannot be extended or converted to another type of visa.

5. Responsibility:

Our company acts as a facilitator in processing the UAE Transit Visa and is not liable for any decisions made by UAE immigration authorities, including visa rejections or delays.

The applicant is responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE entry requirements, including but not limited to passport validity and onward travel arrangements.

Our company is not responsible for any financial loss, missed flights, or travel disruptions due to visa issues.

6. Visa Cancellation:

Once the visa application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If the applicant decides not to travel, no refunds will be issued.

7. Use of Personal Information:

Personal information collected during the visa application process will be used solely for processing the visa and related travel arrangements.

Our company will take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of applicant information.

8. Legal Compliance:

The applicant must adhere to all UAE laws and regulations during their stay.

Violations of visa terms or UAE laws may result in penalties, fines, or deportation at the expense of the applicant.

9. Amendments:

Our company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to all visa applications submitted after the amendments take effect.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the visa application process will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
