Terms & Conditions — UAE/Dubai Visit Visa for Turkmenistan Nationals

1. Mandatory Guarantee / Security Deposit
A guarantee/security deposit is mandatory for all applications. The required amount and guarantee arrangements must be confirmed before submitting the application.

2. Security Deposit Refund
AED 950 will be refunded if the passenger exits the UAE before the permitted stay expires, subject to verification of the exit record.

3. Overstay Charge
If the passenger overstays the permitted stay by even one minute, an additional non-refundable charge of AED 1,050 will apply under our company/supplier terms. This charge does not replace any applicable government fines.

4. Absconding Charge
If the passenger is reported as absconding, an additional AED 3,600 must be paid immediately by the applicant or guarantor.

5. Immigration and Legal History
Applicants must not have any immigration or legal cases, absconding records, or blacklist issues. Any previous immigration fines—including fines already paid—must be disclosed. Under this application policy, passengers who have previously paid immigration fines are not accepted. Please verify these details before forwarding passport copies or requesting submission.

6. Rejection and Refund Policy
If a visa is rejected following file number generation due to a blacklist check, no refund of the visa application fee will be provided.

7. Accurate Information and Documents
Applicants must provide clear passport copies, photographs and any additional documents requested for their application. All information must be accurate and consistent with the passport. Any previous UAE visa, rejection or immigration history must be disclosed before submission.

8. Approval and Processing
Visa approval is subject to the relevant UAE immigration authority. Approval and processing time are not guaranteed. Additional documents may be requested during processing.

9. Visa Details and Travel
Applicants must check all details on the issued visa before travelling. Visa entry validity and permitted duration of stay may differ; passengers must follow the applicable dates and exit before their permitted stay expires.

10. Acceptance of Terms
Before submission, the applicant and guarantor must confirm acceptance of the quoted fees, security deposit arrangements, refund conditions and additional charges stated above.
