1. Eligibility

1.1. The UAE 60-Day Tourist Visa is available for individuals traveling to the UAE for tourism or other approved purposes.
1.2. Applicants must have a passport valid for at least six months from the intended date of entry into the UAE.
1.3. Visa issuance is subject to the approval of UAE immigration authorities.

2. Application Process

2.1. All visa applications must be submitted through our agency with the required documentation, including passport copies, travel itinerary, and a recent passport-sized photograph.
2.2. Applications should be submitted at least 10 business days before the intended travel date.
2.3. Our agency will not be responsible for delays in visa processing due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant.

3. Visa Fees

3.1. Visa fees must be paid in full at the time of application.
3.2. Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application or any changes in travel plans.

4. Visa Validity

4.1. The 60-Day Tourist Visa is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue and allows for a stay of up to 60 days in the UAE.
4.2. The visa is for single entry only unless specified otherwise during the application process.
4.3. Extensions or conversions to another visa type are subject to UAE immigration rules and must be arranged separately.

5. Responsibility

5.1. Our agency acts as a facilitator in processing the UAE 60-Day Tourist Visa and is not liable for any decisions made by UAE immigration authorities, including visa rejections or delays.
5.2. The applicant is responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE entry requirements, including but not limited to passport validity and adherence to visa terms.
5.3. Our agency is not responsible for any financial loss, missed flights, or travel disruptions due to visa issues.

6. Visa Cancellation

6.1. Once the visa application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6.2. If the applicant decides not to travel, no refunds will be issued.

7. Use of Personal Information

7.1. Personal information collected during the visa application process will be used solely for processing the visa and related travel arrangements.
7.2. Our agency will take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of applicant information.

8. Legal Compliance

8.1. The applicant must adhere to all UAE laws and regulations during their stay.
8.2. Violations of visa terms or UAE laws may result in penalties, fines, or deportation at the expense of the applicant.

9. Amendments

9.1. Our agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Changes will apply to all visa applications submitted after the amendments take effect.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10.2. Any disputes arising from the visa application process will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

• Applicants must not have any immigration/legal cases, absconding status, or blacklist issues. Pax shoudnt have paid fine before. Kindly check before sending done base copies.

• If visa is rejected after file number generation (due to blacklist check), no refund will be provided.

• If passenger overstays even 1

minute, AED 1050 will be charged (non-refundable).
