Terms and Conditions for UAE Visit from India

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the UAE visit visa and travel services provided by our agency to customers traveling from India. By availing our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Visa Processing
2.1. All visa applications are subject to approval by the UAE Immigration authorities. Our agency acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee visa approvals.
2.2. The visa processing time is typically 3-5 working days, but it may vary based on immigration policies. Express visas may be available at additional costs.
2.3. Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection or delays.
2.4. The applicant must provide accurate and complete documentation, including a valid passport, recent photographs, and any additional requirements specified by UAE authorities.
2.5. Overstaying beyond the visa validity may result in fines, legal action, and a ban on future UAE travel. The traveler is solely responsible for compliance with UAE immigration laws.
3. Travel & Accommodation Services
3.1. Flight tickets, hotel bookings, and travel packages are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
3.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel rates, and government taxes.
3.3. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet airline travel policies, including baggage allowances, health requirements, and transit rules.
3.4. Any modifications, cancellations, or refunds are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers. Additional charges may apply.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Our agency can assist in arranging coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.
4.2. The agency is not liable for any losses due to accidents, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances during travel.
5. Responsibilities of Travelers
5.1. Travelers must abide by the laws and regulations of the UAE and respect local customs.
5.2. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel.
5.3. Any legal issues, violations, or deportation matters are the traveler's sole responsibility.
5.4. The traveler is required to provide a refundable security deposit in certain cases, which will be refunded upon successful exit from the UAE, subject to compliance with visa terms.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. All payments must be made in advance through the accepted payment methods specified by our agency.
6.2. Any additional charges incurred during travel must be borne by the traveler.
6.3. In case of chargebacks or payment disputes, legal action may be taken as per UAE laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Our agency is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by flight delays, cancellations, visa rejections, or force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.).
7.2. The agency is not responsible for any personal losses, theft, or damages incurred during travel.
8. Amendments & Cancellations
8.1. Any amendments to travel plans must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
8.2. Cancellation policies vary based on airline, hotel, and service provider terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the provider’s policies.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
