   • Our agency assists in reviewing and submitting these documents but is not liable for any inaccuracies or missing information that may cause delays or visa denials.

3. Processing Time:

   • Visa processing times depend on the policies of the Turkish consulate or embassy and the applicant’s nationality.
   • Our agency provides an estimated processing time; however, delays due to factors such as government backlogs, holidays, or consulate policies are beyond our control.

4. Visa Fees:

   • Visa fees set by the Turkish consulate or embassy are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
   • Our agency will collect visa fees in advance and submit them on behalf of the applicant. Service charges for document handling and consultation may be charged in addition to visa fees.

5. Service Fees:

   • The agency charges a service fee for facilitating the visa application process. This fee is non-refundable once services have commenced, even in the event of visa rejection or processing delays.
   • Service fees are separate from consulate or embassy fees.

6. Visa Approval:

   • The decision to approve or reject a visa is at the sole discretion of the Turkish government.
   • Our agency cannot influence or expedite the visa approval process and assumes no responsibility for visa denials or any restrictions placed on entry by Turkish immigration authorities.

7. Changes and Cancellations:

   • In the event of changes in travel plans or cancellations, applicants must notify the agency immediately. Changes made after the visa application has been submitted may incur additional charges.
   • Visa fees are typically non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.

8. Liability:

   • Our agency provides assistance with the visa application process but is not liable for delays, rejections, or other issues caused by factors outside of our control, such as government policies or diplomatic relations.
   • The agency’s liability is limited to the service fees collected for visa facilitation.

9. Confidentiality:

   • We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information provided by the applicant.
   • Information will only be shared with relevant authorities for visa processing and will not be disclosed to third parties without the applicant’s consent.

10. Travel Responsibility:

    • It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that their visa is valid for the entire duration of their stay in Turkey.
    • Our agency is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from overstaying a visa or violating local immigration laws.
