Visa Eligibility

• Applicants must meet all Umrah visa eligibility criteria, including holding a valid passport, proof of vaccination (including meningococcal and seasonal flu vaccines), and sufficient financial means for the trip.
• Our agency is not responsible for visa rejections due to incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation submitted by the applicant.

Documentation

• The applicant must provide all required documents, such as a valid passport, completed visa application form, passport-sized photographs, travel itinerary, accommodation details, flight bookings, and proof of vaccination.
• While our agency will verify and submit these documents to the relevant authorities, the accuracy and completeness of the documentation remain the responsibility of the applicant.

Processing Time

• Processing times for Umrah visas are determined by the Saudi consulate and may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and other factors.
• Our agency will provide an estimated processing time, but delays beyond our control may occur. We recommend applying well in advance of the intended travel date.

Visa Fees

• Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

Service Fees

• Our agency charges a non-refundable service fee for assisting with the Umrah visa application process.
• Once services have been initiated, this fee is non-refundable, even in the event of visa rejection or delayed processing.

Cancellations and Changes

• Once submitted, changes to the application may incur additional fees. Visa fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellations or changes.

Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate and efficient services, our agency is not liable for delays, denials, or issues caused by factors such as changes in Saudi immigration policies, consulate errors, or unforeseen political circumstances.
• Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for the visa assistance.

Confidentiality

Travel Responsibility

• Our agency does not offer services for visa extensions or renewals while in Saudi Arabia.
• If an extension or renewal is necessary, the applicant must handle this independently according to Saudi immigration laws.
