Visa Eligibility

Processing Time

• Processing times for Umrah visas are determined by the Saudi consulate and may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and other factors.
• Our agency will provide an estimated processing time, but delays beyond our control may occur. We recommend applying well in advance of the intended travel date.

Visa Fees

• Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
• Additional service fees apply for document preparation, consultancy, and processing, which are separate from the consulate fees.

Service Fees

• Our agency charges a non-refundable service fee for assisting with the Umrah visa application process.
• Once services have been initiated, this fee is non-refundable, even in the event of visa rejection or delayed processing.

Visa Approval

• The decision to grant or deny the visa is solely at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
• Our agency cannot influence or expedite the visa decision and is not liable for rejections or additional entry conditions imposed by the Saudi consulate or immigration authorities.

Cancellations and Changes

• Applicants must inform our agency immediately of any changes to their travel plans or if they wish to cancel their application.
• Once submitted, changes to the application may incur additional fees. Visa fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellations or changes.

Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate and efficient services, our agency is not liable for delays, denials, or issues caused by factors such as changes in Saudi immigration policies, consulate errors, or unforeseen political circumstances.
• Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for the visa assistance.

Travel Responsibility

Visa Extensions or Renewals

• Our agency does not offer services for visa extensions or renewals while in Saudi Arabia.
• If an extension or renewal is necessary, the applicant must handle this independently according to Saudi immigration laws.
