Terms and Conditions for Taiwan Visa Application Through Our Agency

By applying for a Taiwan visa through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements:

• The applicant must meet all eligibility criteria set by the Taiwan authorities, including a valid passport, proof of financial stability, and a valid reason for travel (tourism, business, etc.).
• Our agency is not responsible for any visa denials due to the applicant's failure to meet the required criteria or the submission of inaccurate information.

2. Required Documentation:

• Applicants must provide all necessary documents, including a completed visa application form, passport photos, valid passport, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, and financial documents.
• While our agency assists in reviewing and submitting documents, we are not responsible for any delays or rejections caused by incorrect or missing information.

3. Processing Time:

• Visa processing times are subject to the policies of the Taiwan consulate or embassy and may vary depending on the applicant's nationality.
• Our agency provides an estimated processing time; however, we are not liable for delays due to government backlogs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Visa Fees:

• All visa fees set by the Taiwan consulate or embassy are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
• Our agency collects the visa fees in advance and submits them on behalf of the applicant. Any service fees for document handling and consultation are separate from the visa fees.

5. Service Fees:

• The agency charges a non-refundable service fee for facilitating the visa application process. Once the application process has begun, the service fee cannot be refunded, even in the event of a visa rejection or delay.
• The service fee is separate from the consulate or embassy visa fee.

6. Visa Approval:

• The approval or rejection of a visa application is at the sole discretion of Taiwan immigration authorities.
• Our agency cannot influence the decision-making process and assumes no responsibility for visa denials or restrictions placed on the applicant by Taiwan authorities.

7. Changes and Cancellations:

• Applicants must inform our agency immediately in case of changes in travel plans or cancellations. If changes occur after the application has been submitted, additional charges may apply.
• Visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in the case of a cancellation after the application is submitted.

8. Liability:

• Our agency provides assistance in the visa application process but is not liable for delays, rejections, or issues beyond our control, such as government policies, diplomatic relations, or unforeseen changes in immigration rules.
• Our agency’s liability is limited to the service fees collected for facilitating the visa application.

9. Confidentiality:

• We respect the privacy of our clients and will keep all personal and sensitive information confidential.
• Any personal information provided will only be shared with relevant authorities for visa processing purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

10. Travel Responsibility:

• It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that their visa remains valid for the entire duration of their stay in Taiwan.
• Our agency is not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from overstaying a visa or violating local immigration laws in Taiwan.
