Terms and Conditions for Iran Visa Application Through Our Agency

By applying for an Iran visa through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements

• The applicant must fulfill all eligibility criteria established by Iranian authorities, including possessing a valid passport, proof of financial means, and a legitimate reason for travel.
• Our agency is not responsible for visa denials due to failure to meet eligibility criteria or providing inaccurate information.

2. Required Documentation

• Applicants must provide all necessary documents, including a completed visa application form, passport photos, a valid passport, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, and financial records.
• Our agency will assist in reviewing and submitting these documents, but we are not liable for any inaccuracies or missing information that may cause delays or rejection.

3. Processing Time

• Visa processing times vary based on the policies of the Iranian consulate or embassy and the applicant’s nationality.
• While we provide estimated processing times, delays due to government backlogs, holidays, or other external factors are outside of our control.

4. Visa Fees

• Visa fees set by the Iranian consulate or embassy are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
• Our agency will collect visa fees in advance and submit them on behalf of the applicant. In addition, service fees may be charged for document handling and consultation.

5. Service Fees

• The agency charges a service fee for facilitating the visa application process. Once services have commenced, this fee is non-refundable, even in the event of visa rejection or delays.
• Service fees are separate from consulate or embassy fees.

6. Visa Approval

• The approval or rejection of a visa is at the sole discretion of Iranian immigration authorities.
• Our agency cannot influence or expedite the approval process and is not responsible for visa denials or restrictions placed by the authorities.

7. Changes and Cancellations

• Applicants must inform the agency immediately if there are any changes in their travel plans. Changes made after the application has been submitted may incur additional charges.
• Visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

8. Liability

• Our agency is responsible for providing assistance with the visa application process but is not liable for delays, rejections, or other issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as government policies or international relations.
• The agency’s liability is limited to the service fees collected for visa facilitation.

9. Confidentiality

• We prioritize the confidentiality of personal and sensitive information provided by applicants.
• Information will only be shared with relevant authorities for visa processing and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

10. Travel Responsibility

• It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that their visa is valid for the entire duration of their stay in Iran.
• The agency is not liable for any legal consequences arising from overstaying the visa or violating immigration laws in Iran.
