By applying for an Oman visa through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements:

   • Applicants must submit all necessary documents, including the visa application form, passport-sized photos, a valid passport, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, and financial records.
   • While our agency will assist in reviewing and submitting documents, we are not liable for any errors or missing information that may result in delays or denial of the visa.

3. Processing Time:

   • Visa processing times are subject to the policies of the Omani embassy or consulate and may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality.
   • While we strive to provide an accurate estimate of processing times, delays caused by government backlogs, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

4. Visa Fees:

5. Service Fees:

7. Changes and Cancellations:

   • If travel plans change, or the applicant needs to cancel, it is their responsibility to inform our agency immediately. Changes or cancellations after submitting the application may result in additional charges.
   • Visa fees are typically non-refundable in case of cancellations.

8. Liability:

   • Our agency’s role is to assist in the visa application process; however, we are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or other issues arising from governmental policies or external circumstances.
   • The agency’s liability is limited to the service fees collected for visa assistance.

9. Confidentiality:

   • Our agency is committed to protecting the personal and sensitive information provided by the applicant.
   • All information will be shared only with relevant authorities for visa processing and will not be disclosed to third parties without the applicant’s consent.

10. Travel Responsibility:

• It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure their visa is valid for the intended duration of their stay in Oman.
• Our agency is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise due to overstaying the visa or violating Omani immigration laws.
