By applying for a Slovenia visa through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Visa Eligibility: Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements for a Slovenia visa, including holding a valid passport, providing proof of sufficient financial resources, and having a clear purpose of travel. Our agency is not responsible for visa rejections due to incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information provided by the applicant.

Documentation: The applicant is responsible for submitting all required documents, such as a valid passport, completed visa application form, recent photographs, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, and financial evidence. Our agency will assist in verifying and submitting these documents to the Slovenian consulate or embassy, but the accuracy and completeness of the documentation remain the applicant's responsibility.

Processing Time: Visa processing times are determined by the Slovenian consulate and may vary based on the type of visa, the applicant’s nationality, and other factors. While our agency will provide an estimated processing time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend applying well in advance of your planned travel date.

Visa Fees: Visa fees charged by the Slovenian consulate are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. Our agency will collect these fees in advance and submit them on behalf of the applicant. Additional service fees may apply for handling, document preparation, and consultation, which are separate from consulate fees.

Service Fees: Our agency charges a non-refundable service fee for assisting with the visa application process. This fee is distinct from consulate or embassy fees and covers administrative and consultancy services. Once services have commenced, the service fee is non-refundable, even if the visa application is denied or delayed.

Visa Approval: The decision regarding visa issuance is solely at the discretion of Slovenian immigration authorities. Our agency cannot influence or expedite the decision-making process and is not responsible for visa rejections or any conditions imposed by Slovenian authorities.

Cancellations and Changes: Applicants must notify our agency immediately of any changes in travel plans or if they wish to cancel their visa application. Changes to the application after submission may incur additional fees. Visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or changes to travel plans.

Liability: While our agency strives to provide accurate and efficient services, we are not liable for any delays, denials, or issues caused by external factors such as changes in government policies, consulate processing errors, or political circumstances. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for visa assistance.

Confidentiality: Our agency ensures that all personal information provided by the applicant is handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Applicant information will only be shared with the Slovenian consulate and relevant authorities as required. We will not disclose personal data to third parties except as legally required.

Travel Responsibility: It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that their visa is valid for the duration of their stay in Slovenia. Our agency is not liable for any legal issues, such as overstaying the visa or violating Slovenian immigration laws, that may arise during the applicant’s stay.

Legal Compliance: Applicants must comply with all Slovenian immigration laws and visa conditions. Our agency is not responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences resulting from non-compliance with Slovenian immigration regulations, visa overstays, or other violations.

Visa Extensions or Renewals: Our agency does not provide services for visa extensions or renewals while in Slovenia. If an extension or renewal is needed, it is the applicant’s responsibility to follow the appropriate procedures as per Slovenian immigration law.
