Cancellations and Changes: Applicants must inform our agency immediately of any changes in travel plans or if they wish to cancel their visa application. Once an application is submitted, changes may incur additional fees. Visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or changes to travel plans.

Applicant information will only be shared with the Latvian consulate and relevant authorities as required. We will not disclose personal data to third parties except as legally required.

Travel Responsibility: It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that their visa is valid for the duration of their stay in Latvia. Our agency is not liable for any legal issues, such as overstaying the visa or violating Latvian immigration laws, that may arise during the applicant’s stay.
