1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance.

• Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment or partial deposit.

• Guests must provide correct contact details and hotel location.

2. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Pick-up is available from Dubai city hotels/residences only.

• Pick-up timing may vary by 15–30 minutes due to traffic or route.

• Guests must be ready in the lobby 10 minutes before pick-up time.

3. Tour Inclusions

• Air-conditioned transportation.

• Licensed tour guide/driver.

• Water bottles included.

• Tickets to optional attractions (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, etc.) are not included unless stated.

4. Payments

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure the booking.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or online transfer (as applicable).

• Any unpaid balance must be settled at the start of the tour.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• No refund and no cancelation after booking

7. Weather & Operational Changes

• • The tour may be rescheduled or modified due to weather, traffic, or government restrictions.

  • If a major attraction is closed, a similar alternative or extended photo stop will be provided.

8. Liability

• • The company is not liable for injuries, delays, or damages caused by third parties, road conditions, or natural events.

  • Participation is at the guests’ own risk.

9. Clothing & Etiquette

• • Modest clothing recommended for mosque/photo stops.

  • Respect local customs and laws during the tour.

• • Baby seats must be requested in advance.
