  1. Booking & Payment:

     • All bookings must be made in advance through our official portal or authorized agents.
     • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
     • Prices are subject to change based on availability. The price at the time of booking will apply.

  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

     • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.
     • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
     • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the visit.
     • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, the visit may be rescheduled or a full refund provided.

  3. Entry Requirements:

     • Guests must present a valid ticket and a photo ID upon arrival at the park.
     • Children must be accompanied by an adult. Age or height restrictions may apply for certain attractions.

  4. Safety & Conduct:

     • All guests must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by park staff.
     • The park reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not comply with park rules or engage in unsafe behavior.
     • We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the visit, except in cases of proven negligence.

     • Timely arrival is important to fully enjoy the park’s attractions. Late arrivals may result in reduced access to certain features or activities.

     • Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The park is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
